Calculate weight, volume, cost of good to be moved and prepare invoices and cost quotations for freight transportation, and verify proper packaging and labeling. Prepare shipping documentation, such as bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, and verify adherence of documentation to customs, insurance, or regulatory requirements. Follow TSA regulations, restrict access to non-authorized personal into cargo handling area, since we operate with domestic and international airlines. Enforce all safety measures and make sure they are followed up to the highest standard of the TSA, to avoid possible infractions, and comply with the TSA Officer on every inspection, and help on the documents request ordered by the officer. Inform clients of factors such as shipping options, timelines, transfers, or regulations affecting shipments. Provide shipment status following and notification to exporters, consignees, or insurers.
